Robyn, Medical Assistant

Robyn grew up in the small town of Sandwich, Illinois. She has two sisters and some wonderful parents. She attended Robert Morris College in Carthage, Illinois. She graduated in 1983 from the Medical Assistant program. A year later she met the man she eventually married. They were married in 1987 and moved to Bristol, Wisconsin. They have lived there for twenty-six years and have two amazing children. Robyn has two cats, however her husband is allergic to them both!

Robyn's belief that people should take responsibility for their actions and her ability to not dwell on past hurts carries over into her work life. As part of a team filled with different personalties, she enjoys each of us even on our “off days”. We all laugh together quite often.

Robyn loves being with family and friends, just hanging out by their lake. She says there is nothing like a boat ride in the evening to soothe the soul.  She believes that if she can help someone smile and feel a little better, that's a good day.

Beth

Beth was born in Senegal, West Africa where her parents were missionaries for over forty years. She went to school in Scotland and graduated from nursing school in 1987. Her husband was stationed in Scotland as a Marine at the time and shortly after their marriage they moved to Kenosha where his family roots are.

Beth enjoys coming to work because all the employees bring their own unique flavor to the mix. Her independent upbringing has allowed her to be very practical and to see solutions in problems. High clinical standards (cleanliness, OSHA, etc.), and following medical guidelines for procedures and patient privacy is important to her.

Having lived in several countries, Beth enjoys the different cultural diversities each offers. She likes trying new foods and experiences. She loves painting, gardening, travel and reading. She reads even more now that her daughter bought her a Nook for Mother's Day. She is active at her church and enjoys working with the children there. She sees such potential and loves their surprising comments as it keeps life entertaining. She tries to live by godly principles, believes that serving others is serving God and believes everything she does should be to the best of her ability.

We, the staff, care for both our patients and each other. We spend a great amount of time together during the work week and we still take time to socialize outside of work. We actually “get along”!!
